Where's my ticket?
Your QR ticket is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Can’t find it? Check your spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? DM us on Instagram @beyondproject.co with the name and email you used and a screenshot of your payment, and we’ll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, as is standard for live events and nightlife. If your plans change, you can pass your ticket on to a friend. And if we ever move an event to a new date or venue, your ticket stays valid.
What time does it start, and where is it?
Every event is different. The date, start time, venue and map are on each event’s page.
Is there an age limit? Do I need ID?
It depends on the venue. Our events are 18+ or 20+, and the age limit is shown on each event page. You’ll need to show a valid government-issued ID at the door.
Is there a dress code?
It depends on the venue and the type of event. If the event page doesn’t state one, it’s smart casual.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, if there are still tickets left. Events sometimes sell out before the night, so we recommend buying online: it’s cheaper and guarantees your spot.
Why did the price go up?
Tickets are sold in tiers. When one tier sells out, the next, higher-priced tier opens. The earlier you buy, the less you pay.
I bought tickets for a group. Do we have to arrive together?
No. Everyone can check in individually, so arrive whenever suits you.
Can I give my ticket to a friend?
Yes. The QR code works for whoever shows it first, so only share it with the person going, and never post it online.
How do I book a VIP table?
When an event has VIP tables, tap Book a VIP table on its page and reach us through any of the options listed.
